Dr. Gohsman cultivates participation for individuals using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) through education, intervention, and advocacy.
Dr. Gohsman provides education, intervention, and advocacy services to promote opportunities for individuals using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to fully engage in life activities. Dr. Gohsman supports all members of the AAC team, including individuals using AAC, family members, professionals, and organizations to build capacity for competent and confident service delivery. Through the identification and resolution of the barriers that prevent opportunities and participation for individuals using AAC, Dr. Gohsman facilitates connected and collaborative AAC teams for the long-term success of individuals using AAC, their families, and the organizational systems that work with them.
